The location's perfect after a long day at Petra! The lounge is charming, and the pool, small but good. Rooftop dining offers fine sunsets, and the food's a sheer delight.
Good luck cooling down your room. I might as well have been camping! And the bathroom? It's like a time traveler dropped by in the '80s!

The best service we've received, bar none. Everything about our stay was extraordinary; the service, the comfort, the cleanliness, the convenience, the location...... I don't think any other hotel could have topped the experience we had. Awesome!

Best situation in Petra, good quality of services and comfort
rather expensive food prices (but in accordance of jordanian market, where the prices for catering are rather high). no free wifi , which is difficult to understand nowadays....

The ideal location across from the entrance to Petra made it easy to return after a long day of exploration. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options, and the rooftop dining provided fine sunset views. The room felt dated and I was disappointed by having to dine at the buffet instead of the rooftop due to not reserving in advance. Despite these issues, the attentive staff and great food were good.

The property met what was needed, we would return here. Thank you very much guys for an enjoyable stay for a most memorable visit. The staff is service-oriented and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location is ideal, in the restaurant around the food. It's just next door to in front of the gate, restaurants or food and supermarkets.

Amazing location and amenities, this hotel is really amazing in style, decoration, comfortable, and with an outstanding location just in the entrance of ruins of Petra (which is very recomendable to depend on taxis to move everywhere).

Great location, can't be faulted and nice staff overall.
The hotel's rooftop barbecue was one of the most appalling wastes of money I've ever experienced, and also by far the most expensive meal we had the misadventure to experience in Jordan.
